Dunblane Square is the charity behind The Bank Dunblane. Our purpose is to restore the former Bank of Scotland building and create a vibrant cultural hub at the heart of the High Street - alive with food, culture and conversation: a shared space that brings more people into the town centre and benefits local people, local businesses, and visitors to the town.
We operate as a registered Scottish charity, run for public benefit and owned collectively by our members. All income is reinvested into the project and into activities that strengthen community life in Dunblane.
More than 1,200 local residents have already become members, meaning roughly 1 in 8 people in Dunblane have a stake in the future of this important community asset.
We are led by local residents who bring experience in heritage, community development, project management and charity governance. They volunteer their time because they believe in a thriving future for Dunblane town centre.
